The Model S and X figures are not a quote yet
Both cars ran more than one pack capacity across those years, and our listed price does not record which capacity it covers. Send us the VIN and we will confirm the pack and the price before you order. The Model 3 and Model Y prices are for the Standard Range pack.
Each price sits under the cheapest like-for-like national seller we can find, and we re-check that quarterly. Installation is not in these numbers.

New or remanufactured
We sell new packs for all four cars, and nothing else. A remanufactured lithium market exists; we do not sell into it, because we do not build a rebuilt lithium pack and will not advertise somebody else's as ours.
That is a consequence of how the pack is built. A nickel-metal hydride hybrid pack is a string of modules and can be repaired one module at a time. A Tesla pack is a sealed assembly and is replaced whole. Module-level work is possible on early Model S packs; from the Model 3 onward the pack is structural and is not rebuildable.

Tesla modules for storage builds
We also sell the Tesla Model S module on its own — 24 V, 233 Ah, 5.3 kWh, NCA, $1,400 each. Sixteen of them make up an 85 kWh Model S pack. They go into home storage, off-grid solar and conversions.
It is not a repair for a car you drive. The pack is replaced whole, so a loose module fixes nothing on a Tesla — it is a part for a build.
Buying the pack instead of going to the manufacturer
The manufacturer replaces the pack through its own network, at its own price, on its own schedule. We ship a new pack and you choose who fits it. Get their quote in writing and compare it against the figure above.
In the Phoenix metro we fit it at our shop and the installation is included; mobile install at your home or workplace is an extra $250. Outside Arizona we supply the pack and a local shop fits it.
Check your coverage before you buy anything
Ask the manufacturer what battery coverage your VIN still has before you pay us or anyone else. We would rather tell you to use it than sell you a pack you were entitled to have replaced.
