How to judge us before you book
Anyone can print five stars on a website. Here's how to actually check out a hybrid battery shop — including this one.
Four questions that tell you everything
- 1
“What block-level data did you capture from my pack?”
A hybrid battery is a series of blocks, and the pack is only as strong as the weakest one. A shop that tested the pack properly can tell you how each block measured. A shop that read a code and stopped cannot.
- 2
“Did you load-test my 12V battery, and what did it read?”
A dying 12V battery causes hybrid warning lights, stops the car entering READY, and gets misdiagnosed as a failed traction pack constantly. If nobody mentioned the 12V, the diagnosis isn't finished.
- 3
“What kind of pack does this quote buy?”
New OEM, remanufactured, rebuilt and used packs sit at very different prices and get described with the same words. The answer should be specific, and it should come with test data.
- 4
“What's the written warranty — term, mileage, labour, what voids it?”
A verbal warranty is worth what you paid for it. Ask for it on paper before you authorise the work.
Ask us those four. We'll answer them.

How we handle feedback
- · We ask every customer for a review, not only the happy ones.
- · We never offer a discount, a gift or anything of value in exchange for one. That breaks Google's rules and it makes the reviews meaningless anyway.
- · We never write reviews for customers, and we don't ask staff or family to post them.
- · If something went wrong, tell us directly first — call 623-323-0737 and ask for the owner. We would rather fix it than read about it.
